Friendly calm environment, lots of amenities, maintenance crew who gets the job done promptly and with proficiency. Also the management is amazing. Some people are just right for a job and the manager here is that one for Newport Terrace.

|Recommended: YesOne Year And Counting — We have lived here 1 year and the only complaint is the occasional children that run through the building yelling at the tops of their lungs. Staff in the office and maintenance have been very helpful any time we have needed it. Since the issue with the kids is not during regular office hours, and they are not under the control of the facility, I'm not sure what can be done. It is definitely a nice place to stay and better than anything we've had in the past several years.

|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Great No Complaints A Great, Quiet Place To Live — It is great living in the Newport Terrace Apartments The community is very quiet, clean, and safe. Neighbors are friendly, not noisy, and everyone is very courteous and respectful. Management is very professional and respectful. Whenever there is an issue, they are on top of it and offer soluions for the residents. The company that services the washers and drivers are very professional and courteous as well. Whenever there is an issue, theya re out to the property within 24 hours to look at and or fix the problem. I am enjoying my experience here at Newport Terrace and grateful to call this place home
